House to Add Student Loans, Flood Insurance in Highway Bill

June 27 (Bloomberg) - U.S. negotiators of the House and Senate are finalizing agreements to combine a highway bill several years with a one-year freeze on government subsidized student rate of interest loans and a new authorization for insurance programs against floods.
